Duncan Shave: Owner and Managing Director
Duncan joined the company in 2001 and assumed the role of Managing Director in 2004.  He has a strong background in marketing and has considerable experience in recruitment.  Whilst his focus is the management and development of the business. Duncan also takes a proactive approach to working with both clients and candidates.  His approach is open, inclusive and he always looks for a practical and achievable outcome or solution for any project he is involved with.

Over the last 10 years, Duncan has also been involved in the study of "Family Business"and through this joined the peak body for family business - FBA (Family Business Australia).  He currently holds a seat on the Victorian chapter committee and was, until September 2009, the National Chair of the FBA Next Generation Committee.


Mark Dalton: Senior Consultant - Permanent Recruitment
Mark's focus is permanent recruitment for organisations large and small, across a wide cross section of industries, recruiting staff at all levels up to, and including, senior management and executive appointments.  With over 12 years experience, Mark's success and longevity in the recruitment industry is due to his passion and rigorous application of essential, key recruitment fundamentals.  These include taking the time to really understand your needs, ongoing and proactive communication with both clients and candidates, and a commitment to service excellence.


Sarah Hamerston: Manager - Temporary Staff Services
Sarah joined us in 2000 and is responsible for managing our very diverse team of temporary staff, ranging from administrative support and customer service personnel, through to more specialised, technical roles.  Sarah enjoys the continuous challenges associated with managing a temporary desk and she has established sound working relationships with her staff and clients alike.


Heather McIntyre: Human Resources Manager

Heather has been an associate of Shave Human Resources for some 15 years, until deciding to join us on a permanent basis.  She has a wealth of experience in Human Resources and has a strong focus on the development of policies and procedures, as well as keeping up to date with the changes in employment legislation.

 

 

Charma Voller: Human Resources

Charma joined our team in 2014 to provide HR Consultancy.  Charma has broad generalist experience with extensive experience in change management, human resource management, DISC profiling, coaching and facilitating workplace culture and leadership programs.

 

Our consulting team is supported by our administration support and accounting team.
