At Shave HR, we employ people in a wide variety of temporary positions, ranging from administrative support roles, finance and accounting and project managers, through to specialised and technical roles.

Our temporary and contract roles are for both short and longer periods of time, and our experienced consultants are there to guide and assist you.

BEFORE YOU START

When you have registered for temporary work, we provide you with an Information Pack which contains the documents you need to get started, for example, Terms and Conditions of Employment, Tax Declaration, Choice of Super Fund etc.

NOW YOU ARE ON THE JOB

Once you have commenced the assignment, you are now formally a member of the Shave HR team, as well as an ambassador for our company and we require a high level of professionalism in your conduct and on the job performance. 

We expect that you will be punctual and reliable, whilst respecting the operating standards of the client for whom you are working.

If you are unable to attend work at any time, you must advise your consultant who will liaise with the client directly.

WHEN THE ASSIGNMENT FINISHES

Whilst the majority of temporary assignments generally have an end date, frequently they can continue beyond this time.  We need you to advise us of your availability if this happens in order to minimise disruption to all concerned.
